My lovely wife Kyeli and I live in Austin, TX with our amazing 10-year-old son.  Together we're helping to fix the world!

We are co-owners (along with Ragen Chastain) of Cloud Nine Staffing, a company whose goal is to revolutionize the temp industry.  The way things are in the temp industry today, it's really horrible for both the temps and the clients.  The clients get underqualified people who come and go through a revolving door, and the temps get treated poorly and paid even less.  We are fixing all these problems!  We are creating an industry that supports and nurtures our Admin Angels in their careers (by, for instance, giving them real benefits), and by doing so provides excellent solutions for our clients' needs.  We're making both our clients and our Angels happy, and making money in the process.  How cool is that? (:

Another thing we love to do (and do often!) is to give a series of workshops on communication and problem solving, called The Usual Error.  We've had lots and lots of communication practice in our lives and in our relationships, and we love to share what we've learned and help other people.  We're always thrilled to share our workshops with new people, and we're willing to make roadtrips, so let us know if you'd like us to come visit you!

We're co-writing a book version of The Usual Error.  We recently finished the first draft and are now working on editing!  Whee! (:

We created a website (a wiki), Fix The World, for people to share their resources for self-improvement and solving the world's problems, and to network with each other.  Obviously there's a high overlap between our project and Zaadz!  Wouldn't it be great if Zaadz had a wiki like that one?

And last but not least, we're being ourselves, being happy, and being out.  We're showing the world that lesbians and bisexuals can have happy, stable marriages, and raise amazing children.  We're showing the world that some people can be born into bodies that are the wrong sex for them, and we can transcend that limitation and be happy and fulfilled, despite all the obstacles set up for us.  We're proving that it's possible to effectively help others and make the world a better place.  We're proving to the world that it's possible to be truly happy and fulfilled and awake and alive, and maybe, once you see that it's possible and real, you'll be inspired and decide to seek it out for yourself. We're showing the world that despite our surface differences, We are all One.
